fantastic meals and friendly staff
delicious venison peanut butter friendly service
i found the food to be delicious , especially the venison from the evening menu. the peanut butter parfait for dessert was also a treat. i appreciated the friendly and efficient service and the staff were very helpful. the grounds were a delight , and i enjoyed seeing the variety of plants and water features.
i have no complaints about my stay.

helpful staff clean room comfy bed
the staff were polite. i enjoyed the pool and sauna. my room was spacious and clean. the bed was very comfy.
the hotel decor felt worn and dated. i felt the hotel could use a refresh.

the food was excellent and the restaurant staff was friendly (the service was quick). i enjoyed the good selection of the welsh breakfast, as well as the quality of the ingredients.

the hotel is near a footpath to corn du and the horseshoe. the grounds and gardens are lovely. the area is quiet and relaxing.

Really good Dining and Relaxing Spa!
fresh breakfast fluffy eggs relaxing massage attentive staff
The breakfast was freshly cooked to order. I thought the scrambled eggs were light and fluffy! Dining is a must. The meals were out of this world. The spa offered a wonderful massage, leaving me relaxed and stress-free. The staff across all areas were attentive and ensured a comfortable stay. I cannot wait to return!
I noticed some areas are starting to show their age. A bit of re-painting and minor refurbishment would make a big difference.

The staff ensured quick check-in, provided helpful information about local attractions, and promptly responded to requests. They displayed genuine care and professionalism and also offered personalized service. I felt welcomed and valued throughout my visit. They were always eager to assist with a smile.
