Nant Ddu Lodge Hotel & Spa, Merthyr Tydfil

I had a lovely New Year's Eve celebration with friends at the hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive. However, my experience was marred by a few maintenance issues in the room and the dining options lacked variety. Overall, I would definitely consider staying again for a special occasion.

My experience at the spa was quite mixed. The treatments were enjoyable and offered good value, but the overall cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired. The dining was a highlight with delicious food, but the service during dinner was frustratingly slow at times. While the location is peaceful and perfect for relaxation, there are several areas where improvements are necessary to elevate the experience.
